If I could have left ZERO stars I would have! I ordered 7 quantity N95 Respirators. I received an INSERT for a reuseable mask - no respirator, no loops/strings to attach; insert was a felt like material. Total ripoff. Sent several emails which were returned as undeliverable. Contacted company thru their website several times with no return reply. The have also closed their Shopify store and taken down their website. Parent company (where you were told to email problems) comes back in email as undeliverable. TOTAL RIPOF! I have pics if you need them. Opened dispute with PayPal and seller offered to send me a $48 refund - I spent $111 - I want a FULL REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!

I ordered N95 masks from this site because it had an address in California. I didn't want to order from China because I didn't want to wait a long time to receive them. When I received the transaction information it came in Mandarin. I emailed the same day (Feb 28) to cancel the order. On March 2 I received a response stating that the order had shipped and couldn't be cancelled. The tracking info is from China. The USPS says a label was created but USPS hasn't received the package. It has almost been two weeks since the day the order was placed. They created a store front to deceive Americans. This should not be allowed.
