My Dad passed away April My Mother paid $to Coffelt Memorials on 6-22-for a Headstone order for my Dad We were told that in weeks from the order, stencil would be ready for us to view and approve dates, name spelling, etcprior to the sandblasting/engraving process started(Check cleared the bank on 6/23/16) After numerous phone calls with no answer, stopping by the business requesting Charles to return a phone call, my Mother went to the business in person on October to ask for her money back Charles was not there so Joe told her Charles would call her when he got in Charles called her home number, failing to use our cell phone numbers as requested, only to leave a message stating that he did not have the money and business was slow and he would need days to get the money To date, we have no stencil to review, no headstone and no indication we will get the money back Having to go through the Holiday without a headstone and with Christmas quickly approaching, this experience has been very stressful for our family Losing your Dad/Husband is hard enough and dealing with a situation of being taken advantage of has been very difficult We have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General's office and will go to small claims court in hopes of getting our money back so we can start the process with another company Coffelt advertises years in business and the cheapest prices in a start area Please avoid this trap Cheap is not the way to go when something so meaningful is neededToday is November and we have spent $and have nothing to show for it I hope this will help others avoid this experience

Coffelt advertises 100 years in business and the cheapest prices in a 4 start area. Please avoid this trap. Cheap is not the way to go when something so meaningful is needed. Today is November 28 and we have spent $1700 and have nothing to show for it.
