The customer was explained in person at a home show several months before he decided to signed the agreement how it worked and what services we providedCustomer is free to use a different [redacted] Power Pro Elite rated contractor at his discretionWe will not provide service to this customer and maintain a very high rating with not only [redacted] but also [redacted] & [redacted] as well as othersWe are regretful that we were unable to satisfy this customers desires but not all interactions work as we expect and sometimes it is best to simply part waysA refund has been sent and we wish the customer the best

Coffey Electric has closed the doors for business after years in businessIn an attempt to service the customers that paid for service our entire service book of contracts has been sold to and will be maintained by [redacted] out of Somerset NJThey will be mailing a notice out to all existing customers in regards to this change but emergency service calls can be referred to them in the mean timeWe apologize for any inconvenience this transition may cause but are unable to perform the necessary service ourselves

I have returned and made the changes requested by the inspector and homeowner after each inspectionI spoke to the wife of the customer last Thursday and was informed that the inspection department didn't show as scheduled earlier in the weekThe customer has my cell phone number and email and if
the town is requiring any further work than I will gladly do the workThe credit card company has already sent a chargeback on my account for $and the customer has a fully functional and installed *** Generator

The complainant claims that he signed a contract on March 1st but the check included in the envelope for $is dated March and not received by us until AprilThe contract is for a maintenance agreement for twelve months and includes servicing the generator according to manufacturer
recommendations which is to change the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and air filter every two years or hours of useWe give a full service annually as part of our agreement which is far superior to the manufacturers recommendationsThe complainant sent his contract and immediately began calling to say that he needed service immediately since he had waited months since his last service and has medical conditions that should place him at the front of the line for serviceComplainant was advised that it takes a month of two to get new customers in the rotation since we need to enter them in to our system, order their parts kit, and then schedule themComplainants demand to be taken care of immediately is unreasonable since it was his month procrastination that resulted in his generator not being serviced for an extended period of time.Complainant has been removed from our service rotation and we have mailed a check for to the customerA copy of our check, the contract, complainants check dated March 28, and a similar response have been filed with the Division of Consumer Affairs and we will not be providing service for this individual.We run a reputable company with over annual maintenance agreements and happy customers that often refer us to their friends and neighborsComplainant presented himself as an unreasonable individual and we have no desire to conduct business with this type of individual.Thank you for your time and please do not hessitate to contact us if we may be of any further assistance

Never received. Another greddy contractor making false statements.

Unfortunately after 23 years Coffey Electric Corp is no longer in business. All service contracts were sold to another contractor and should be contacted by the new provider.

We are behind by about a month with the free annual service. The manufacturer requires once every 24 months service but we provide annual service as close to installation anniversary as possible. Many customers have notified us of lost calls as we move our office to a new location. We apologize for...

any inconvenience.

We are regretful that we were unable to satisfy this customers desires but not all interactions work as we expect and sometimes it is best to simply part ways. A refund has been sent and we wish the customer the best.
