The first weekend in December I ordered a coat for $248 with Mr. in his *** store. I still have not received the coat and was told I’d get it almost immediately. I’ve since had to contact him twice about this issue and now he is ghosting me. I purchased the coat for a family member to give to me for Christmas. I now no longer need or want the coat. I want my money back.
This is a beach store. Mostly closed during winter months. Special order jacket was lost en route from ***. Credited customer and contacted him . All is well. Thank you!
