Review: I hired Coffey for my elderly parents to have tress removed and hauled away. They left large tree sections and told my father they would be back in a few weeks to remove the remainder sections. They never came back. My father called and never received a call back. When I v

Called him he assured me he would be over in the next day or so but he never came. I have since left two more messages on his phone but to date no call backs. My father paid him in full for tree removal and disposal but Hugh sections are still sitting in his yard for months. Now I have to hire another tree service to cut up and remove what they were paid to do. Now I have to peruse them for some type of refund since they did not complete the work. My parents are both 85 and very upset and feel they were taken advantage of. I feel bad because I am the one that hired them!Desired Settlement: Finish the job or send refund to pay another tree service.
