Good afternoon we contacted Mr [redacted] on Monday and ask him to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday, we let Mr [redacted] use a vehicle while we? completed the needed items.? We ? had the car inspected and the proper tint installed as well as a new key made on Friday and he picked the car up when it was completedPlease see the KBB? attachment we price our vehicles at the market value, the actual sale price was $plus tax license and dealer feeI do apologize for any misunderstanding at the time of purchase? ? our goal is to have customers that are happy with the purchase and chose to do business in the future.Kind regards, [redacted]
