I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWest Herr did not honor the original offer on both Kia Forte’s The salesman brought over on Friday 5/a Kia Forte for us to look at because I was interested in leasing of them that I saw on ther website ad for $per month When the salesman arrived with the car I asked him twice to make sure if this was the exact car that was in the and he told me yes He told me "yes, this is the car you would lease" The vehicle he brought over had a back up camera trim package The vehicles that were delivered did not have these packages Bait and switch Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] came to us because of the advertised lease special for a KIA Forte LX for $(attached) This vehicle at the MSRP of $18,did not have the backup camera option West Herr fulfilled its obligation to Mr [redacted] and delivered two KIA Forte LX vehicles at the advertised amount He was delivered what he leased and signed for, therefore no bait and switch Sincerely, Annette S*Executive Assistant West Herr Automotive Group

West Herr did not randomly cold call Mr***. We contacted him from the attached lead that we received from KIA on December 13, 2017. Per the comments from the manufacturer, the potential customer had interest in a KIA vehicle and had questions regarding dealership inventoryThe
lead was assigned to West Herr from KIA Motors. Additionally, the General Manager Charles H*** did contact Mr*** to explain the nature of the call. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

At Mr*** request, West Herr has honored our original offer on both Kia Forte’s mentioned in previous communicationsThe vehicles are delivered and now in Mr*** possessionWe apologized for the miscommunication he experienced while visiting our dealership on Saturday 5/We look
forward to continuing business with Mr*** in the future

We reached out to her and explained that multiple inquiries do not negatively impact her credit as she thought. Ms. [redacted] understands the process. them that I saw on ther website ad for $99 per month.  When the salesman arrived with the car I asked him twice to make sure if this was the exact car that was in the and he told me yes.  He told me "yes, this is the car you would lease".  The vehicle he brought over had a back up camera trim package.  The 2 vehicles that were delivered did not have these packages.  Bait and switch.  Regards,  [redacted]
