rejecting this response because: I opened this email before having to leave home in a few minutes. I don't have 30 minutes you to type all I want to and search my files for attachments I would provide you. The contract does not comply with the CSLB Contracting for Success A Contractor’s Guide to Home Improvement Contracts". [redacted] was PENALIZED by the CSLB for non-compliance with the contract. The job was not done according to the contract nor according to his advertisements in newspapers. The warranty he attached for you is not a warranty for the cabinets he installed. It is for another line of cabinets and has nothing to do with me. I could go on and on, but I have to leave before my 30 minutes are up. 
I would appreciate if you need further information from me that you allow me to provide it another time when I have the time. You can see fro the contract he provided you and from the correspondence he provided you that the contract was not written as we discussed, as it included [redacted] doing the entire plumbing work for which he charged me and had to reimburse me. He knew he was not doing this when he printed the contract. [redacted] also wrote in the contract 2-undermount sinks. Nothing was said about them being an exception that would delay the job for weeks. Again I could go on and on. bu I have to leave now.
