Over a month later I still have not received any money that was promisedMuch like the empty promise to provide a mover, their "agreement" to refund me a pathetic $for hours of me and my husband moving our own furniture has not shown up again
When they talked to me over the phone after the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com the person I spoke with said they would "cut a check today and send it out"They have clearly violated our agreement, not provided service that was paid for and yet again dropped the ball on something they agreed to do
I called and asked about it over a week ago and the same person who said the check was in the mail hasn't called me back

Review: On June 29, 2013, [redacted] Tree Service Inc., dba Coffman Tree Service removed from the ground and pruned several trees on my property, which is located at [redacted], pursuant to a proposal and contract dated May 28, 2013.

The president of Coffman Tree Service,, [redacted], provided the estimate and supervised the work. The proposal and contract included a grinder and loader to be used to remove all wood from my property. [redacted] was paid in full for this service but his crew left a substantial number of wood logs in front of my house -- At the end of the service, [redacted] noted that his crew would remove the wood logs during the week of July 1, 2013. During the week of July 1, Coffman Tree Service did not remove the wood logs in front of my house.

I communicated via email with [redacted] regarding his failure of his company to remove the wood logs. I also left several voicemails at the company's phone number: ###-###-####. Via email, [redacted] did acknowledge his obligation to remove the wood logs however he cited thunder storms and subsequently a family emergency as the reasons why the wood logs were not removed.

As of August 18, 2013, Coffman Tree Service has yet to remove the wood logs in front of my house.Desired Settlement: Removal of wood logs in front of my house.
