I am rejecting this response because: I received a call from him and it appears we worked out a dealI am adamant about checking my tire pressure and the only thing that caused them to deflate was the valve stems leaking out air sometimes they would crack and deflate in min sometimes within secondsWhen you are on the freeway and the valve stem breaks it gives you seconds to pull over before tire damage

I am rejecting this response because the owner only knew about the stripped bolt after the fact, when the mechanic had already stripped the boltOne of the secondary managers tried to explain the situation to me before he showed me the actual mistakeWhen I saw the actual mechanic who stripped the bolt he was shaken and he knew it was his mistakeI came in there with two perfectly reasonable bolts, but I left with one stripped boltThe owner Ali then tried to charge me the full price for an alignment that is until I refused, I was upset that he was trying to charge me for a FULL alignment price when he only did half, and not only that but his mechanic stripped my boltHe followed by trying to make me "happy" by dropping the price of the alignment by and he insisted I come back when the stripped bolt had been replacedI returned with a receipt from pick-n-pullI then showed Ali the receipt for the damage and we argued who was responsible and I insisted that it was his responsibility because it was his mechanic in his shop while he maintained that it was a rusty boltWhile I was there for my second alignment, the shop owner behaved defensive and had even fired the mechanic who stripped the bolt that same dayI don't want to pay for the mistake of your mechanic

I have spoken to the owner he had me on hold for a while He said he was speaking to you He is now helping us out and resolving the issue His being great about it So I would like to disregard the complaint Thank you

CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE HERE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND HE WAS RUNNING THE TIRE WITH LOW AIR PRESSURE AND DAMAGED THE SIDE WALL AND VALVE STEM BROKE FROM RUNNING LOW AIR PRESSUE,WHEN HE CAME TO THE SHOP I TOLD HIM IT DON’T COVER ROAD HAZARD ONLY MANUFACTURED DEFECTS,SO I TOLD HIM ILL GIVE HIM MY
COST FOR NEW TIRES ,HE WANTED FREE TIRES SO I TOLD HIM I CANT DO THAT CAUSE ITS NOT A DEFECT

we showed the customer that the bolt was rusted before so we told him we cant open it cause its rusted and it will brake, so we told him to change the bolt and then bring it back to finish the alignmentso I gave him a $off the alignment to make him happyits not my our responsibility that the bolt was rusted, The car looked like it came from snowy area so the bottom of the car was mostly rustyhe changed the bolt and came back and we did fix his alignment like we promisedand now the customer keeps asking for his money back cause he says he has no job or money.but that's not our responsibility,we finished our job correct and his alignment was goodand he saying that we fired our mechanic the same day but we didn't

responding to case #*** customer came in for a wheel alignment, his car requires a wheel alignment so we started looking at the car, in the rear toe bolt we noticed it was very rusted, so I told the customer he had to change the bolt first in order to continue the
alignmentso I told him fix it and come back to finish the alignment, then he came back in a week and I fixed his alignment for freeat first when we told him his bolt was rusted and hard to open.when I showed him the rusted bolt he complained that we striped his bolt but we didn't even start the alignment we showed him the rusted bolt before we started the alignment

I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with many of the things that the owner is sayingI was told by a secondary manager that the owner had fired the culprit mechanic on the same day it happened and I witnessed itThe mechanic did in fact strip my bolt, my car might have been rusty but there was no stripped boltsI have been employed for the last three years by a sub-contractor of ***, and I want to be reimbursed because your mechanic stripped my bolt, in your shopIf you refuse to reimburse me, this will have to go unresolved.Thank You
