We would request you send a field officer to do a drive by of the home in question Checking in a fence posts? Re: Complaint Case # XXXXXXXX
[redacted] at L & L Landscaping had responded. He has addressed and resolved all items (except one) and I am therefore closing the complaint. The 1 item remaining is the uneven/cracking cement along the rear patio door. Since patching it may result in unknown results we have agreed to continue to watch and monitor the cement.
Furthermore, the 3 year warranty (2 years remaining) is still in place.
