Review: On 5/22/14, I met [redacted] at Austin, Texas. Manager [redacted] accessed my credit report from her desktop computer. Afterwards, I learned that she used the company named Funding Suite, as it appears on my credit report (Experian and Transunion). [redacted], whom was counseling me to apply for a future [redacted] loan, declined to offer any products, because, as [redacted] sustains, I have $80,000.00 in students loans( which is false). Evidently, either [redacted] lies or Funding Suite has provided a false information that has caused such pre-approval letter denial.Desired Settlement: I need to know if Funding Suite provided [redacted] with such credit report. Additionally, according to law, I need a complete copy of the credit report that Funding Suite created regharding my wife [redacted] and myself.

Funding Suite is a direct reseller of the credit bureaus data. We do not manipulate data at any time for any reason so the information passed on to the loan officer came directly from the credit bureau.

We have reached out to the consumer and will provide them a copy of their report as required by law. This is usually done without the Revdex.com as this is not a real complaint but a request for a report. Most consumers contact us directly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I reject the response of Funding Suite. It is true that a representative contacted me saying that they did sold information related to my financial records to [redacted] Team on the date mentioned in my complain and also sustained that they just "re-sell" information. The representative also promised to mail me a copy of their report, according to law. However, if Revdex.com please review Funding Suite Web page, they don't just re-sell information produced by FICO and the three credit bureaus( Equifax, Experian, and Transunion), they sell: (1) [redacted] which is a new report at the end of the application process to ensure no additional debt will interfere with the approved Debt Ratio; (2) [redacted] which compares the original report with the new one to quickly highlight new inquiries, tradelines and debt; and (3)[redacted] which is a software that reveals credit reporting insights about your applicants that have never been possible before and will help you analyze and interpret your credit files in ways that will help you qualify applicants. This means that Funding Suite actually sells an analysis of a person's credit report which-if wrong or inexact- can cause the [redacted] Lender make a bad decision, as in my case: I just contacted [redacted] for financial and [redacted] counseling, and ended with a "disapproval letter", in disregard that I never signed a formal [redacted] Loan Application.
