We have recently spoken with Mr*** regarding his concerns. All concerns have been addressed and we are working toward a common solution between both parties. Upon meeting face to face many of the issues are misunderstandings and in some cases just bad
timing. Unfortunately, the difference of $4,was quoted directly to us by a local credit union. That was something out of our control, however we do recognize that the customer is paying the price for this mistake. When a direct party quotes an amount there is no recourse to verify except to call them back and have them give us a second quote. We have since offered to fix the second vehicle, however he is no longer in possession of the vehicle.
