Review: The company had agreed to cancel my subscription which I have not used since I subscribed for a 30 days trail. The reason because I did not used their product was because customer service, when I subscribed told me that they did not support International calls. As I said they agreed to cancel the subscription last month and to give me 2 months credit in my account. I noticed they used my account the last September 28, 2013 again charging my account once again. I send an e-mail into their support services and they responding apologizing for the mistake but in their apologies have not credit my account for their error. I want my account credited for $24.99 and to stop charging my account illegally.Desired Settlement: and to stop charging my account illegally.
