We are responding to the Customer review. ">The customer opened a lease with Zibby on November *** through Sears Online. On November, ***, the customer contacted Zibby Customer Service advising us that she went to the Sears store to pick up her merchandise but there was no record of the customer’s account Zibby Customer Service contacted Sears to determine the status of the lease. A response was sent from Sears on November *** confirming that the lease could be cancelled and a refund could be issued. We have contacted the customer to advise her that her lease was cancelled and the refund was processed. We believe that the customer now considers the matter settled and is happy with the resolution

Stay clear of this company If you do not pay your loan off, this company applies hidden fees to the existing balance In short, a consumer will never pay off the debt Again, stay clear of this business

They are a scam, they have a 90 day same as cash but set up your automatic payments on a certain day, but never once explain to you have to pay it off prior to your 90 days & the date of your last automatic payment.. Payments were taken out of my account on the 29th of each month, I paid my account in full on the 90 day & was told I should've paid it on the 88 day to avoid fees... I have called & spoken to several reps prior to my 90 days & was not once told this, I even called to inquiry & was to incorrect information.. Worse company to use for financing.

I would not use this company for their lease to own program,. On 11/**/16 Thanksgiving day I went to [redacted] Outlet and placed an appliance (s) order. I decided to try [redacted]. I was told I was approved for $2800. When I went to place the order I was told I needed $558 down payment. I obliged. Then I immediately got four emails from [redacted] Outlet that my payment method was not approved. The order was later cancelled due to non-payment from [redacted].
I called [redacted] on 11/**/16 only to be told on their end the order was processed. I called [redacted] back and order was canceled/not approved. [redacted] had the option to not charge my bank card and they did. I called them today (11/**/16)and they are telling me they have no confirmation from [redacted] Outlet the order was not processed or cancelled so they cannot refund my $558.00.
Stay far away from this company.
