They are a scam, they have a day same as cash but set up your automatic payments on a certain day, but never once explain to you have to pay it off prior to your days & the date of your last automatic payment Payments were taken out of my account on the 29th of each month, I paid my account in full on the day & was told I should've paid it on the day to avoid feesI have called & spoken to several reps prior to my days & was not once told this, I even called to inquiry & was to incorrect informationWorse company to use for financing
I would not use this company for their lease to own program,On Thanksgiving day I went to [redacted] Outlet and placed an appliance (s) orderI decided to try ***I was told I was approved for $When I went to place the order I was told I needed $down paymentI obligedThen I immediately got four emails from [redacted] Outlet that my payment method was not approvedThe order was later cancelled due to non-payment from *** I called [redacted] on only to be told on their end the order was processedI called [redacted] back and order was canceled/not approved [redacted] had the option to not charge my bank card and they didI called them today (1116)and they are telling me they have no confirmation from [redacted] Outlet the order was not processed or cancelled so they cannot refund my $ Stay far away from this company
