I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
I would first like to address the accusations of screaming and cursingWhile both may be true, the service rep was refusing to listen to my concerns and answer my questionsShe continually kept repeating the same information and would not address the questions I was askingI asked her through yelling after becoming quite frustrated to "shut up and listen to me" because she kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and ask additional questions While the amounts of my bill have been resolved, this is due to my doctors office and insurance company also contacting this business on my behalf to resolve this issueI do not feel the company would have done anything without both of these parties reaching out to them I reject this response due to the company's failure to help me the patient/client without the help of external parties and because I feel the accusations made against me were not shed in a fair light

Hello, I received a follow-up request for complaint # [redacted]. The insurance made the payment directly to the patient, which is why we were billing the patient. We had no information from the insurance as to how much was paid to the patient. We advised the patient that once...
the remit and EOB was received we would apply the necessary adjustments. We have listened to the recorded phone conversation between the patient and our rep. The rep tried to explain all this to the patient but the patient was screaming, telling the rep to shut up using vulgar language. Our reps are trained to advise the patient that they will disconnect the call if the patient continues to speak this way. This protocol was followed and the call was disconnected. We have since applied the adjustment to the account and the patient has made a payment towards her balance. Please confirm this email will resolve this matter on your end. I do not think the link I went to last time worked and stored the resolution. Thank you
