Originally contacted by Jake C on June 10th, 2017 to make an investment is C Investment Group. At the time we denied the opportunity due to lack of information an proof of what’s he wanted to do with the money. ( it woulldnt let me attach the contract, can email it or bring hard copy when we meet.

Contacted by Jacob C again to see if we were still interested in making an investment into C investment group; he sent over a better investment package for our review attached as FINAL Investment Group INC, investment package. Also attached is The operational road map we are presented by Jake, projected harvest dates, yearly overviews.

Jacob then had Luis meet David Valenzuela to review revised investment packages (small changes made) ; then David Valenzuela sent Luis and Sarah to meet Jake at 2426 s 24th street, where Jake met Luis and Sarah S. This is when Luis and Sarah toured the building, Jacob was telling us what to expect in more detail. To wrap things up this is when Luis and Jake entered their final agreement. Jake accepted the 6,000 and signed the contract.

Upon completion of the contracts we were then shown the Approval to operate attached and labeled as License to operate

We have confirmation emails from
Jacob saying welcome to the company, even told Luis he’d talk with him in December about career opportunities with in the organization

Have an email receipt for initial investment of 6,000 into C Investment group INC.

12/24/17
Jacob and David met to finalize Sarah s*** deal. Once again met at 2426 S 24th St Phoenix, AZ 85034 where Jacob signed the contract and took the sum of $3,000.

Luis was offered a sales position but due to lack of pay declined the offer.

June 2nd 2018

We have another signed stocked purchase agreement from Jacob C from a member of our group for 3,000 investment

Receipts of payments for Kathi S initial investment 3,000 plus her second investment to make it 6,000.

October 17 2018
We have another signed stock purchase agreement for Hannah S 2,000 Investment and Diana Plata for 2,500 investment.

Emails says not recognizing investment ; tape recorded saying he receive the three investments.

Email confirmation as well as verbal confirmations when Jake originally received the funds. As well as receipts that were given in the form of the email.
As well as 3 eye witnesses who saw Jake sign and take the money.

Lied about saying he still owns Tucson building but confirmed by Will Pew an attorney out of Tucson (520-798-3803)
Jake no longer has any interest in the Tucson building, he sold his rights after the contract we signed with our group.

Once again Jake lying sending screen shot saying he owned Tucson and messages went directly to him

Jake agreed to start paying back Immediately on a loan basis via voice recording at ( ) ; told me he was going to have his attorney draft up a contract, the contract he wanted us to sign is full of lies and slandering David Valenzuela. This was Jakes offer Via text message before he had his attorney draft up a contract full of lies.

“An average hard money loan has an interest rate of 36 percent annually (this is a top of the market interest rate) you’re in a total of 22k at 18 months. 36 percent annual interest in 3 percent a month 3 percent of 22k is $660 dollars a month times 18 months is $11880. I will pay you a total of $33880. I will have my attorney draft the contract that you and your entire group will sign off on and we can begin distributing the funds”
Attached is both copies of the contract he originally sent me an the redlined is what I responded.

Sarah S sent Jake a request for the books and he just didn’t respond. Sarah met Jake multiple times down at 24th.

When Luis requested for books Jacob told him no one care to sue him to try and get the money back.

When Kathi S requested for books he lied and said he never got her investment, which we can confirm is a lie.

On this settlement agreement the redlines are my response to their original settlement agreement. Jared just kept rejecting my changes.

Marshall proposed this agreement 8/15/19. They agreed to the language change but then disputed the amount.

On Decemeber 10th 2017 my brother and sister birthday dinner my brother brought up to me an investment oppurtunity. He told me that he had already invested into the project and they were looking for more investors. I trying to better my future ask to hear more about what is going on. My brother then shares the documents with me that he was given to review prior to investing into the company. Everything looked good so on December 24 2017 we had set up a meeting with Jake Cohen to give me a tour of the building and to see exactly what we had going on. Jake proceed with witnesses Luis S and David V to give me tour of the building and told me what it is to expect. Following the tour of the cultivation facility I agreed to invest $6,000 into Cohen Investment Group. Jake and I outside of the building signed our contract agreements.
Now fast forward to 2.5 years later Jake has yet to give me any type of return. When I sent him a demand letter asking to review the corporate books he refused to do so and said that he wasn't going to recognize my investment at the time.

Then hired attorney *** because Jake proposed a settlement ; in the settlement it had a lot of slanders on peoples name in the contract however it did have an offering of 34,000 between my group and I . Well after we received the we had attorney *** revise the agreement disregarding all the slandering in the agreement, at which time Jake attorney *** said everything looks good but his now they wanted to dispute the amount they were willing to pay back. Well now coming up on February 8th attorney *** has been attempting to get this resolved with Attorney *** for 6 months. I personally believe *** is not working in good faith.
