Cohen Maxwell installed our new roof and since installatuon this roof has leaked since day one. They have tried to fix it 2 times with no resolve and now they want us to hiring a roofing company to fix it for them as they are out of the country. However, they now are not returning my calls, texts or emails!

Terrible customer service. Paid in full for a job that was not completed properly and when the time came I had to pay someone else to install.
I do not even know where to begin...I contacted *** one of the owners of this company in April and my husband and I paid him up front for the job to put accordion shutters and then panel shutters on our two front windows, a side door, and our garage door. The garage was not installed because it is a "removable" track. However, with a removable track you still need to prepare for installation, which includes drilling into the ground putting the correct screw system in and making the proper holes in the removable track, which make it "easy" to use once the installation is completed. So as I mentioned this service was supposed to be completed back in April. All they did was "drop off" the bottom track. Mind you the bottom track they dropped off was much longer than the measurements for my garage door and there were no holes in it and no screw system left for them to install. I am located in Miami, FL and unfortunately we had the threat of Hurricane Irma. Once I found out that Irma was most likely going to hit Miami and as a possible Category 5 I called ***s company and no one answered. So I messaged him telling him my installation was never completed in which I had already PAID IN FULL and I needed him or someone to come complete the installation. He contacted me right away telling me that I was his "priority" and that he would send someone before he Hurricane would hit. Meanwhile I I'm attempting to install the panel shutters for my two windows in the meantime...the bottom And top tracks were not long enough, meaning the measurements were incorrect and I could hardly screw in the last wing nut for the shutters and this can lead to the problem of getting air in between the panels and the window, which was the first sign of a *** installation and the fact that when they "checked" to see if the panel and the installation were correct they probably just put in one panel and see it was aligned instead of putting all in to make sure it gave full coverage. Then, the other panel shutter we had was the side door, which should've been simple Because it was measured with three panels, well guess what they messed up that installation as well.... the panels for the door did not align with the track system they had "installed."
So I inform *** I called his office to let them know that now it's not just the garage that needs to be installed, but now they need to fix the door and technically the windows...they gave me the number for a man named *** that works for them and they said he would go by that same day (Wednesday) to get everything done... I call *** and he says he's in homestead getting gas and that he would be at my house in an hour... three hours pass,five hours pass, eight hours pass... I've called this man several times and no answer. Thursday I call his number and it goes straight to voicemail. Could the guy not have called me to tell me, like what kind of service is this??... and this is how you treat people that are your "priority"?? So this isn't the worst of it yet... since of course ***'s phone goes to voicemail, I call all the numbers no one answer, so I send *** a text with my frustration. so now he's telling me to do this installation myself and that it will take me FIVE MINUTES to complete.... I'm telling him I do not have the tools for the job, at this point I'm *** because now he's straight up telling me that he is not coming and no else is coming and he tries to turn the situation as that when we paid for a removable track "we do our own installation" I can tell you this is not the way to treat a customer, especially a customer that has already paid you A LOT of money and for a job that was not completed. I have a lot more to say but does not fit. We had to pay someone else to do the job. The full review is listed on Facebook on their direct page.
