I had a chair picked up October 6, for reupholstering and I was told it would take to weeksI paid $of the $to get startedI have called for the status and have been getting various excuses why it was not readyI was told it would be delivered soon but I could not get a date

We had accepted the request of Ms [redacted] to upholster her chair The fabric was special-ordered When it arrived, it was flawed so we had to reorder it The re-order was on back order which we did inform Ms [redacted] When it did arrive, we finished the chair We delivered the chair this morning, 2/1/2017, and Ms [redacted] is very pleased with our work on the chair We take pride in our service and to deliver in a timely manner Sometimes, outside circumstances influence our delivery of the product for which we are sorry that this happened in this particular case
