My billing due date falls on the 11th of each month, In February by count was debited on the 5th of the month, I sent an email to Brandy *** on the 10th of February to see why it was debited on the 5th and if that was standard business practice to send me documentation of such, I have yet to receive a response back and this has occurred before with no regards to the customer and their finances.

Other (requires explanation) If my contract says EFT is deducted on 11th, by all means the business should abide by the rules and if it should incur fee's by the financial institution for NSF they should be held responsible and or face law suit due to contract negligence.
