Review: Had the new Drivewear Lenses ordered along with a new frame.Product came back with defects and I was told by the Lab Manager that the Drivewear lenses were correct. I demanded that the lenses get redone and it came back with less defects than the first pair. I refused to accept the new lenses and was told by one of the many managers that she will take the lenses to a different lab and have them redone. The new lenses came back perfect but the lenses could not fit properly into the frames. The lab then decided to glue the lenses onto the frame causing it to click back and forth when I wiped the lenses.I returned the glasses for a full refund on my credit card which was two weeks ago and still have not received a refund on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Would like and apology for being lied to by the Lab Manager whom I was told that the defected lenses were correct and I would like my money back as well as a free pair of glasses from Cohens Optical for two months of problems.

Review: On May [redacted], I went to Cohen Fashion Optical #[redacted] at [redacted] My eyes were checked at Cohen, two weeks later I was told that my glasses were ready. The Versace frame that I had chosen was scratched, I was told to wear the glasses so that I could get use to it, and they would reorder another frame. I wore the glasses and had a problem with my right eye and also distance. My old glasses were better and stronger. I let them know the problem that I was having, the lenses were checked to make sure the prescription was right. It was right, so I had to take the examination over.The optometrist told me the prescription was off. I had to wait another two weeks for that to be corrected , and another Versace frame. When I went back to get my glasses that frame was scratched also. I was told to pick out another frame, but I did not like any of the frames that she showed me, so I asked for a refund. I was given a print out of the amount of money I would be receiving, a $200 credit to my account and a check for $289. On Friday, July [redacted], I went to the Cohen and spoke to [redacted], the [redacted], she said that they had credited my account for $200 and I should be receiving a check in the mail by Monday. I did not get the check, so I called Tuesday, the lady put me on hold for a long time and when she return I was told the [redacted] went to lunch. On Wednesday , I called again and spoke to [redacted], the [redacted], she said that she was going to call me back, but didn't. I called Cohen again today, July **, I spoke to [redacted], the [redacted], she said that she was going to call be back, but never did.Desired Settlement: Cohen Fashion Optical owe me a check for $289. I should receive an apology for what I endure trying to get glasses from this place and dealing with unprofessional workers. The bill was $538, $200 was paid by credit card, the balance of $338 paid by cash and $49 was for exam.
