Review: Disrespectful, deceitful, rude. I went for an eye exam for contact lenses, was given a "sample". The sample was not a good match and I could not see clearly. I called to requested a follow up, and was given an appointment at the suggestion of the of the woman answering the phone. I showed up on time and after 35 minutes asked if I was next - yes you are next after the next. What is that supposed to mean?

I was also told by one of the managers/owners who reprimanded me for asking, and told me that they don't like to give appointments because they are not on time. I explained that I don't make their policies, and the woman who answered the phone suggested that I make an appointment so I don't have to wait. I would have walked out on the spot but had already paid for me exam, (which they schemed me to pay out of pocket, with double talk nonsense, even though I have insurance that covers periodic exams). I wound up having to wait for an hour and a half past my appointment.

After the DR. reevaluated my prescription, I was told that they did not have any for me to try and, to come back again! In a few days! I asked them to write down my new prescription so I could go somewhere else to try the lenses and was told there is no prescription until I try the sample that they did not have.

So I asked them to give me a refund of my exam fee as they were unable to give me a prescription, I was told no and no.

Incredible that they are still in business when there are so many other reputable eyeglass places with great reputation.

Although I loved their doctor, who I had been loyal to - I must say that it is just not worth the horrible experience anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so that I can get an eye exam with a company who can fit me for the contact lenses.
