We purchases an Electrolux Refrigerator from Cohens and have had several issues
The refrigerator in question was delivered and upon delivery we discovered some scratches in the freezer door The door was replaced and in doing so other parts were damaged Those were replaced, the freezer drawer has never worked properly and parts have been on order now for at least two weeks probably longer When called about a status on Monday, Oct, they said they would call back with a status, it's Thursday I just called again This was not a cheap refrigerator and I guess I expected more We wanted to deal with a local business vice Home Depot or H&H Gregg, but I can see that may have been a mistake on our part, maybe they are overwhelmed and cannot honor their commitments
