We had accepted the request of Ms [redacted] to upholster her chair.  The fabric was special-ordered.  When it arrived, it was flawed so we had to reorder it.  The re-order was on back order which we did inform Ms. [redacted].  When it did arrive, we finished the chair.  We...

delivered the chair this morning, 2/1/2017, and Ms. [redacted] is very pleased with our work on the chair.  We take pride in our service and to deliver in a timely manner.  Sometimes, outside circumstances influence our delivery of the product for which we are sorry that this happened in this particular case.
