We purchases an Electrolux Refrigerator from Cohens and have had several issues The refrigerator in question was delivered and upon delivery we discovered some scratches in the freezer door The door was replaced and in doing so other parts were damaged Those were replaced, the freezer drawer has never worked properly and parts have been on order now for at least two weeks probably longer When called about a status on Monday, Oct, they said they would call back with a status, it's Thursday I just called again This was not a cheap refrigerator and I guess I expected more We wanted to deal with a local business vice Home Depot or H&H Gregg, but I can see that may have been a mistake on our part, maybe they are overwhelmed and cannot honor their commitments
I purchased a microwave that stopped working within the 12 month warranty period. Because the device was within warranty, the store accepted the defective device and submitted a request for the replacement. Three months have expired, and the service has been substandard. We are approaching the beginning of month 4, and I am still waiting on the replacement. Several attempts to discuss this with David C [redacted] have been unsuccessful.
