Since dealing with Scott and COHO roofing it has been a headacheI purchased my home in February and negotiated dry rot repairs into the contractAt closing 3500$ was set aside for COHO to do the workShortly after closing on the home I reached out to Scott to try and get on his schedule and ask for a time frame to get the work doneHe told me it was impossible to put me on the schedule and to text when ALL the snow melted off my roofNot a big deal at all, Two months later when the snow melted I texted Scott and didn't hear anythingI called scott and he said he had no idea when he could do it because he was working on other jobsGreat Scott!! The only problem is he took it upon himself to go to my title company, pick up the check and cash it without any call or any scheduled time to do the workSo I called my realtor and asked for her help before I pursue legal actions against COHONow all of a sudden Last Thursday April 20th his guys show up, with no fun call, no knock on the door, no hey we are with COHO and start pounding away on my roof and sidingMeanwhile my pregnant wife and year old are inside and have no idea whats going onEither way I am pleased they finally do somethingWell, they left Friday at around noonI can no longer reach scott, get a phone call or text back and my roof is still opened upThis man is incredibly unprofessional and lacks basic grade school communication skillsI WOULD NEVER recommend COHO to anyone and I will pass on this company to my military brothers and sisters so they don't get caught up with this type of crumby business like I have unfortunately
