I am rejecting this response because:I gave Guarantee Transmission several attempts to fix the problemEverything but the transmission was blamedYes, he replaced the transmission with another rebuilt transmissionThis still did not fix itThe shop we took it to in Chickasha also put a different transmission in the truck, and I have not had any problems out of itAs per the included text message, Guarantee Transmission was aware of the mess left in my engineThey didn't clean it upI shouldn't have to drive back to the shop because their mechanics did sloppy work and didn't clean it upAlthough, I didn't know the transmission would go out again the next dayWarranties can also not just be voided because they don't like something the customer saidIt was not slander, but an honest review on work done and my experience

He badmouthed my business on Facebook and I voided his warranty. He never gave me the chance to fix the issue. I rebuilt the transmission for him and he put it in. He had an issue with it and I fixed it. He had another issue and I fixed that. Then he posted on Facebook
telling people to stay away from my shop because we do shotty work. I texted him and told him to never come back to my shop and his warranty was voided. I bent over backwards for him. Transmission have issues sometimes, but I had no issue handling those for him
