I go and buy 2 drones one for my five year old son and one for me, I pick these because they say they have all the parts for them, and they can take care of anything that goes wrong. I get home and my sons works fine, mine has a burnt out motor. I call right away, within 2 hours of purchasing it, and am told to bring it in with the receipt, and they will take care of me. I explain I can't make it until Tuesday because of other obligations, they say no problem. I call the next day to be sure before I drive an hour to get there, that I will be able to get it taken care of, they say the guy that fixes them gets there after 3, I work until 3 so I say I will come straight there after work. Finally I drive an hour there, after working in the cold all day to be treated, rudely and very disrespectfully. I explain what happened, what I did, and what I was told. The guy says he does not have my motors until the end of January, and just to leave it there to be fixed. I explain this was bought so I could do this with my 5 year old son, and that I would rather just return it, and get something else. I make a susggestion, and am told they can't take it back, and how were they to know I didn't do this myself. The man never even bothered to look at it to see there isn't a mark on the thing it never worked. I explain that this is the first time I have shopped there, and how far I had come, just to make my sons day. His response was that this was my first and last time I will ever shop there? So he insults me, calls me a liar and threatens to not allow me to shop there again? Well you arrogant, dumb, POS, I was just about to come there and spend a whole lot of money in the coming month. I will be ordering online, cheaper, less hassle and I don't have to deal with dirtbags like the owner of this store. I strongly suggest that everyone steers clear of this shady, store. For the record I am a 45 year old veteran, that makes a good living, I am not hurting for money. I will just buy the $5 motor online it will be here in 2 days, and fix it myself. People say not to go to big businesses and support the local shops and stores. This place is the very reason why I say just do yourself a favor and just order your stuff online.

Review: Purchased a model train for $220 from this business. The product did not work right out of the box and is obviously faulty. In addition, the train has some markings on it suggesting it was previously used and repackaged to look as if it was a new product. The store seller will not refund or exchange the train. We were directed to the toy manufacturer for repair/replacement, which is not guaranteed. This should have been disclosed at the initial purchase of this product.Desired Settlement: If we are unable to get a refund for the faulty train we are willing to exchange for another train of the same type.
