complete truthI take HUGE pride in offering customers great vehicles at low profit pricing and my team and I going way beyond customer service AFTER the saleThere are MANY issues here that the public has a right to know about your situation since you want to make public discussion about it#You are from Wisconsin over miles away and over a hour drive after you bought it to drive back home on as you say "bad engine"We take a HUGE amount of pride for selling MANY automobiles across the countryThe Ford Ranger you bought was a WITH miles on it and SOLD which you signedYou drove obviously many miles here because of the great price we had on the RangerWe had weeks earlier taken the Ford to a local Ford Dealership and had the Clutch replacedThat was a $bill I put in the truck because I felt it would eventually possibly need oneIf I had ANY idea of providing a bad vehicle I surely would have not put another $in itMike S*** also drove the truck as a demo back and forth after the clutch was replaced and noticed nothing out of the ordinary for an year old Ranger with miles on itYOU sir drove it all the way obviously back to Wisconsin over miles and over hour drive and the Ranger never broke down on you(obviously because it was a sound truck)! I get a call from you saying you heard a noise and took it to a Ford Dealership and they said you needed a whole new engine and wanted us to send you a check for a new or as you say used motor! I have never in years had a customer buy an year old vehicle and drive it over miles and over hours to their home and get a call that the engine needs replaced and to send them a checkI have been in the automotive business for over years and take a huge pride in going way beyond customers’ expectationsWe as a dealership and personally have no clue where you think you can buy an used year old Ranger with miles on it drive it many states away to your house and call and say you demand a check for a new/used engineNot ONLY did the Ranger go thru our service department but ALSO a franchised FORD dealership and also had a manager drive it as a demo for days and noticed NOTHING wrong with the engineIN FACT we spent in total $in service/detail/parts etcto have it stand tall which includes Pre-delivery inspection/air filter replaced/body lubricated/fluids check and filled/four tires mounted and replaced/oil and filter replaced/wheel alignment/wipers replaced and NEW clutch! You can clearly see all that information on the CLEAN CAR-FAX we also providedWhat is funny is when I look at that CAR-FAX today you took it to a Ford dealership and they did the following: maintenance inspection/battery charging system checked/brakes checked/electrical system checked/fluids checked/washer fluid and wipers checked and tire condition and pressure checkedTHIS IN COMPLETE DETAIL ON CARFAX which ANYONE can see!
