Coin Laundry Express

I have never met this woman in person so calling her names etcis absolutely not true. When I did their laundry I was busy and did not put her softener in the rinse cycle. When her husband and *** picked up the laundry they were told I forgot the softener but
they paid $for loads and took the laundry. The next day they returned and said she wanted it rewashed with softener. Which I did without chargeSo I fail to understand why I would pay her for doing her laundry twiceAlso calling me a racist is ridiculous.
