[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] I want to know why Skills, being a "Low Income Housing Facility" HUD regulated, why we do not pay he same laundry fee as the other low Housing regulated facilities do? Maybe this is a matter to to be brought up with the "Fair Housing" to be dealt with then for discrimination then! I feel they are price gouging because of the people who live thereThey take advantage of their disabled people in our building! After reviewing the complaint CSC Serviceworks maintains the position that we have provided the services as contractually agreed upon to Skills Development as their third party laundry service provider.? CSC has changed the collection frequency from monthly to every other week in order to? eliminate the possibility of the machines not working because they are full.? A thorough inspection of the dryer has been completed and has deemed that all components are working properly including the heat settings.? Miss [redacted] and Miss [redacted] have been issued refunds on 10/22/and 11/13/for Miss [redacted] and 10/23/16, 11/15/16, 12/9/and 12/15/for Miss ***.? CSC appologizes for any inconvenience this has caused and looks forward to taking care of our customer for the remainder of our contract.? ? ? ? ?

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me I need to add that the machine has been replaced by a new one

Good afternoon and thank you for letting us know of the problems you have been experiencing with the machines in your building.Upon receiving the call we dispatched a tech who replaced a belt on the washer on 5/31/Today 6/3/I re-dispatched the tech to make sure the machines were still working and he reported that they were and also sent me a picture to confirm this.Hopefully this resolves the main issue of the machines not working.As for replacing the machines we are going to pursue this with the management of the building.Please contact me directly if the machines does not work the next time you do your laundry[redacted] General ManagerCoinmach [redacted] ***
