*** Coinamatic card did not load money on my card but money debited from bank
Phoned several times on Sunday when it did not work could not do laundry which we needed to be done that day
They say they offer hour service days a week at X XXX XXX XXXX phone number for service but no one answered the phone between pm and pm
I finally spoke to a man at another local ottawa phone number
Now they tell me if money does not get refunded by tomorrow in bank they will have to mail me a cheque
Why is it okay for this company to not want to fix their system problem and they have the peoples money and they just sit on other peoples money and do not give the service or the product the people bought
All they say is it is a glitch in their system, well fix it now
Why are they making customer wait for a mailed refund when they could find transaction in their computer system if they tried to resolve issue quickly
Instead this is a common problem where their card loading machine says not a valid Coinamatic card but card number was verified over phone as valid
My card had similar message before but that time
I had enough on balance to do laundry but card said Not supported card and not valid
Also many other people have had same problem in our building
