Our laundromat is a self-serve establishment, we provide all the information needed to use our equipment on postings around the storeWe even have a video to explain how to use our card systemThese explain that to use our machines the customer needs to buy a card that costs cents, and we have
several stickers in front of the machine that will give them the same information in both English and Spanish since we have a huge percentage of customers that are Spanish speakersI attached some pictures where you can see where this information is locatedThe bonus is given separate from the cash amount since it is not refundable, when the customer checks their balances, or add money to the card the first thing that will appear in the Easy Card reader display is the bonus mount, then the balance, it is the first thing the machines debit when the customer inserts a card to pay, and it will be granted every time you reach $added to your cardWhen the customer starts a machine after adding money to the card and receiving a bonus, the machine will take the bonus first and a message on the Card Reader will read "Free Start" meaning that it used the bonus for the machine to start. If a machine did not worked well, or you weren't pleased with the way the left your clothes you can request a refund, there are many ways to do soYou can fill out a "Customers Comments and Refund Form", call our customer line at the phone number on the back of the card, if you go to the Attendant they can fill out voucher, or you can even send an email to ***My direct contact is ***ext *** and I can help with refunds, complaints or any otherThank you for bringing some of this concerns to us, we will be looking for ways to improve on this points
