Review: We have a coinmatch machine at the apartment complex that has been out of service since last FridayI called on Monday, 11/9/and that is when I found out it was out of order since FridayOn Monday,they took down the repair request againThey did not give an estimate of repair timeOn Tuesday, Nov 10, I called and got a supervisor who said they would make it a top priority to get it fixed, I called early enough in the day that they should have been able to send someone outOn Wednesday, Nov 11, I called again and got a supervisor who was very rude and blamed the lack of repair on the local apt management, her attitude was unwarranted and unnecessary as opposed to the person I talked to on Tuesday, I expected a different and kinder response, I expected that there would be a follow up to the call on Tuesday and immediate action takenI do not find this type of service convenient as many on the apartment complex rely on the service in accordance with their busy schedules and I do not like the fact that the one supervisor blamed the apartment management.Desired Settlement: Please have the supervisor corrected, I did not take down her name unfortunately but there needs to be better service etiquetteI would also like a reassurance that things will be fixed, You do realize not having this machine fixed causes a lot of people not to have clean clothes, etcand thus, we have to go to laundromats where it takes more time to do things

Review: My shirt was ripped in the coinmach washing machine on 9/29/14 at my apartment complex at [redacted] in Rockaway, NJ. I called coinmach and was told that they would pick up my shirt and send me a refund. They picked up my shirt the next day but have not returned any of my calls or letter for the status of my $45 refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my $45 refund
