I really can't believe that there are such negative reviews for this businessThey did a great job for us, and we are still on their monthly service programWe have had no more issues after they removed the rats from our attic, and they even redid all of our insulationThey were always great to talk to either in person or on the phoneWe were very impressed

My experience with Allstar Animal removal was overwhelmingly negative

Took my money, removed an animal but failed to fix the hole animals were getting in as promised. Another animal got in shortly thereafter was removed but once again failed to make promised repairs.

I use the service for bee removal and service never got done. I request my money back and to this date still dont have it I will never recomend this company for nothing I feel like I was robed

I had an issue with noises in my attic. I was very frightened, I googled searched noises in the attic. Well allstar animal removals website was the most informative of them all. I called a few companies to come inspect it. Well out of all the companies, Allstars technicians were by far the most knowledgable. They seem like they are trained exclusively to be able to handle customers as well as the animal problems in my house. So after agreeing to a price, I was told in 7-10 days before I would be noise and animal free. By the end of it all, their quality work was astounding, they always kept me up to date with the process. I was walked around my house so they could show me all of what was done. And on top of everything, the job was done correctly, and I was extremely pleased. Allstar Animal Removal was well worth hiring for this type of job. They deserve to have an A+ on here and I don't know how they don't. I read some of the reviews and more then less sound like the customer was angry at something and over exaggerated what really happened. I will definitely recommend Allstar to all of my friends, and I'll definitely be using them in the future if I run into another problem in a new house. Cause from looking at the quality work Allstar did, nothing is ever getting back in on this house.

Hired Alstar in March 2016 to get rid of moles. Promised to provide monthly maintenance and attention to any current activity. When called on current activity, they did not respond until many calls were made. Missed several monthly maintenance appointments. By not providing the promised services, they should default on the contract, but we are still being asked/required to pay 50% of the remaining contract to stop now. And WE STILL HAVE THE MOLE PROBLEM. We would never recommend/refer this company to anyone. Misleading promises, poor services, no solution. Seminole.
