We are willing to work with this customer on getting his coins remade.  He seems a little quick on jumping on and complaining without allowing the proper amount of time to fix or address the issues.  We are doing all we can to make sure he is satisfied.Thank you

CSM ordered unit coins. The quality of the coins are average. Spelled "Seize" incorrectly. Poor customer service. Attempted to reorder coins with "Seize" spelled correctly, but this company refused to reduce the purchase price down from original order price. Would not recommend this company.

Review: I paid Coins For Anything $538 to make 100 custom square coins. On their website it allowed me to select an edge treatment; I chose reeded. Their website approved the choice. Their art department approved the choice. A few days ago the product arrived at my home with smooth edges. When I notified them about the error their sales rep said "Oh, square coins can't have reeded edges!"

This error isn't my fault, its theirs. Their website shouldn't allow me to order a product that can't be manufactured, their art department shouldn't approve a product that can't be manufactured and they shouldn't push the blame onto the customer.

In addition, the quality doesn't live up to their website's promises of handcrafted excellence. The base metal was never properly polished; its covered with nicks and scratches. Those scratches show through the black nickel plating. The epoxy is applied unevenly; in some coins it is thin enough that I can feel the metal through it, in others it is so thick it has a rounded shape. Often, the epoxy is thick on one edge and not the other.

I have emailed both my customer service rep and the CEO of the company. So far, they refuse to live up to their company's guarantee and they're evading me.

Lastly, if I'd known they manufactured in China I never would have hired them. All this combined equals a dishonest company culture that plays on the CEO's military past when in truth they're just another corporation buying cheap Chinese junk and claiming it is American excellence.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: Very disappointed in this company...after they sent the wrong trophy causing me to miss a presentation they gave me the impression they would ship out the correct one and I could send in the claim form after. Well, this didn't happen so I asked them if they could send it next day shipping so I could make the rescheduled event. They said no to this also. They told me if I return the order there would be a 25% restocking fee even though it was their mistake. Customer reps were rude and unwilling to work with me. I was told the Owner, Crystal told them they would not be able to ship it next day. When I asked to talk to Crystal I was told she is on vacation. On a Shopper Review apparently she walked a customer through and order the same day she was supposed to be on vacation. So lying about that.They have a prominent 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. SO much for that company statement! Their solution was to give me a 10% discount on the next order.Desired Settlement: refund for purchase and shipping price
