Review: COIT performed duct cleaning services on 12/11/15. In the process, they damaged several heating registers. However, the main complaint is that we took pictures of the supply trunk and return ducts, and they are filthy and appear not to have been cleaned at all. COIT, on their receipt, state a 100% guarantee in which they will provide a complete refund as an option. However, when I called, they wanted to send their workers back out to clean again. Due to the damage that they did the first time, we indicated that we did not trust having them back. They refused to provide a refund. Meanwhile, our house continues to have air quality issues because of the dirty ducts.Desired Settlement: Complete refund to me in the amount of $308.16.
