The filters were delivered to our office from the manufacturer on Saturday 05/02/They are on for deliver to the customer's home for Wednesday 05/06/

I totally understand the frustrations Mr [redacted] has experienced, keep in mind that the goal for every customer is 100% customer satisfaction. We will process a check for a full refund on Monday.

I have visited with [redacted] and have agreed to replace all sheers at no cost to them. I will personally deliver and hang the sheers for them.

The filters were delivered to our office from the manufacturer on Saturday 05/02/2015. They are on for deliver to the customer's home for Wednesday 05/06/2015.

We have ordered the proper size of filters and I will personally deliver myself.  I apologize for the inconvenience and time it had taken.
