Coit Services stands by our original conversation with the customerWe only cleaned the bathroom floor which was tileThere was no cleaning of her hardwood floors and the issue with her hardwood floors could not have been caused by the
cleaning process of her tile in her bathroomYou can clearly see by the photo's that the wear of the hardwood floors is a traffic pattern and goes all the way down her hallway

We are not saying they cleaned the hardwood floorThey did not cover the areas that where not being cleaned, so water /chemicals whatever they use to clean got on the area of the hardwood floor by the tile!! Besides I had to have them come out again and the whole job
I will be sending photos and sending a statement from a witness that had to help me wipe up all the water/chemicals from areas that were cleaned
I will send all this info in the mail

I have seen the pictures and we have sent our supervisor out to inspectAs I have stated in my previous response, Again, I am saying that this does not appear to be a COIT ISSUE based on the photo's and, the supervisors on-site visitFloors showed signs of previous wear and damageI stand by my original correspondence that we are not the cause of these issues

We will be posting a bad reviewThey know they did a bad job the first time and had to come out a second time to do the job right!! Not an a Honest company

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: COIT has completely failed to grasp the crux of the matter, which is that their employee waived my fee, then the company billed me anyway. This is not an issue of whether or not a service was
performed, as the company's response letter indicates. The issue is that the company told me one thing, then unethically acted in the opposite manner for monetary gain In more detail, the crux of the matter is that on February 4, one of their employees in the customer service department told me via phone - twice - that COIT would waive the fees for my rug cleaning and delivery due to their time window mix up, extreme delivery delay, and all around horrible experience (in which a representative yelled at me, annoyed that I kept calling to ask when my rug would be delivered after a three hour delay)After I was told by the COIT customer service employee that the fee would be waived, COIT sent me an unexpected bill, essentially reversing their decision without informing meA COIT company representative verbally promised there would be no charge; then a month later, the company told me the opposite and demanded payment. The situation was made doubly worse by the fact that when I called to discuss the unexpected bill and explain the situation, the manager was unsympathetic, rude, blamed me for the situation, and insinuated I liedIt is VERY clear that all COIT cares about is lining their pockets and shaking every last drop from their customersThis clearly exemplifies that COIT does not care about its customers and that their word CANNOT be trustedThis is a matter of unethical business practices and incompetent communication, both within COIT among employees and externally to their customersThis is a gross breach of a consumer's trust, and should not be allowed to standI am appalledCOIT needs to honor their word and cease billing me.

My sincere apologies to Mr. [redacted] for the confusion with his scheduling and installation appointment. Where COIT does strive...

to be customer focused it looks like we fell short with this appointment. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.
