This property was foreclosed on.  The boiler had not been maintained annually per manufacturer's recommendations.  Our initial trip on 2-17-15 found damage due to water backup in the unit.  The burners were found to be warped but customer did not want repair because he was looking to...

replace unit.  Returned on 12-31-15 and found the water circulating pump failed.  Again, the customer stated he wanted to replace the boiler and just to do the minimum repair at that time.  We quoted a new boiler.  On 1-26-2016, the bank notified us of stop payment on the check for the last service.  Without inspecting the system ourselves, we have no idea as to what was causing the boiler to have issues.  We would be glad to refund the $600 with return of the new boiler pump, after the customer pays $600 plus a return check fee.
