I received your letter today regarding ID [redacted] , and want to make sure that the complaint is addressed immediatelyA piece of information critical to this complaint is that COKeM is the 3rd party shipper for the referenced goods (LG Phones) acting on behalf of our client Opia Limited LLCWe don't have any direct contact with their clients aside from sending return shipping labels and tracking info from an email address on our side setup as [email protected] said, below are the details from our side.On Thursday, May 31st, our client, Opia Limited provided us a file of orders to send to their customers who are in need of phones to be sent outWe fulfilled the order with the correct Sprint phone to be sent to an address to Ms [redacted] in Lithonia, Georgia.? On Sunday, June 3rd, we were informed by our client Opia Limited that the address they provided for Ms [redacted] was incorrect, and that we'd need to ship a new phone via UPS Overnight to the correct address in Huntsville, Alabama on Monday, June 4thBecause we no longer had any Sprint inventory, we were instructed to ship what we were led to believe by the provider was a universal unlocked phone, which was the LG US997, which was referenced in Ms***'s letter.? From there we were instructed by our client Opia Limited to ship via UPS Overnight a LG LSphone as soon as we got one sent to us, and those phones were received by us on Monday, June 10thThe order was then turned around and shipped via UPS Overnight to Ms [redacted] on Monday, June 10th via UPS tracking number [redacted] Said shipment arrived on Tuesday, June 12th at 11:AM CSTAdditionally pre-paid return shipping labels for the two incorrect shipments were provided to Ms [redacted] on Tuesday, June 12thAs of this writing, these phones have not been returned back to us.At this point we believe the issue to be resolved, please let us know if there are any additional questions or comments.?
