Review: On March **, 2015 Meabed Firm got an offer for $45,000 for 90 piece of fitness equipment from [redacted] on behalf of COL-G Fitness Inc located at [redacted]. Also known as Fitness Equipment Depot World (f[redacted]), located at 2[redacted]. Meabed Firm received an invoice that listed the names of the 90 piece of equipment as well as pictures which showed equipment that were in perfect condition. [redacted] requested a deposit of $15,000 in order to hold the equipment package until representatives from Meabed Firm arrive in New York City in order to take a look at the equipment in person and make final agreements. On March **, 2015 three cashier checks totaling the amount of $15,000 were deposited into Col-G Fitness, Inc. Chase bank account. [redacted] on behalf of Col-G Fitness, Inc. agreed to refund the total amount of $15,000 in case Meabed Firm did not like the equipment that was on hold for them in the warehouse. On March **, 2015 representatives from Meabed Firms arrived at Col-G Fitness, Inc. warehouse in order to take a look at the equipment. Once they arrived, they were showing fitness equipment that was in horrible conditions, they were filthy and were falling apart. In addition, there were missing pieces of equipment from the 90 piece that were promised to Meabed Firm. Meabed Firm request refund of $15,000 because they were not satisfied with the conditions of the fitness equipment. [redacted] refused to refund the amount of $15,000 to Meabed Frim. Meabed Frim told [redacted] that they would give him $1,000 for their troubles and just to return the $14,000 in the same day to them and [redacted] on behalf of Col-G Fitness, Inc. disagreed.Desired Settlement: Check of $14,000 from Col-G Fitness, INC.
