Was the Cooper St location on Saturday night. The employee behind the desk, black, slim with dreds and glasses. He was taunting a member. What I witnessed was as other members were leaving he was just saying goodbye. As a certain member was leaving, he repeated a phrase that he was told to say when they see him. There was also another employee there that witnessed him doing it. This goes against all those slogans you have payed on the walls. Taunting people in such a manner incites violence. I know he was told to say it because I’m apart of the chat group that they have in the area specifically for this person. I expect this type of behavior at Planet Fitness, not a Christian gym like Colaw.

This is a very nice facility. It is clean & the people that staff it are friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the advertising of $5 a month. There is a one time start up fee & a yearly price guarantee fee. So the first year it averages about $12/ month & your second year it averages about $9/month. There is a stipulation that you go at least 12 times a month to get the lower price otherwise you will be paying quite a bit more-but this is a good incentive for people to get more exercise.
