class="MsoNormal">I am the owner of Colbert ball tax service. I am responding to the allegations from
*** *** *** regarding my tax officeYes *** *** had his taxes
prepared at our office in early February.
We can’t guarantee the *** will pay any client. The *** requested *** send them
additional information that was sent to him via ** *** *** We process all returns based on what a client
provides us and submit it to the ***. We
do not receive payment until the client receives their refund from the ***
unless they choose to mail there return in then we will collect upfront payment. We do
not owe him because he did not pay us anything. His fees were to be deducted out of his
refund when released from the ***. As of
July 23, the *** has not release his refund, therefore we have not been
paid for our services as well. We do not
provide loans to NO clients that enter our office therefore he did not sign any
docs regarding a loanWe do not offer those services. We give $cash to the first customers
at the beginning of each tax season.
Unfortunately *** *** filed his taxes way after we reached that
number therefore he was not eligible to receive the incentive. We do not owe him anything at this time. If he wants to be technical he owes us
$for preparing his taxes on 2/12/2015.
I spoke to him earlier in the month regarding his return not
being received by our office nor disbursed by the ***He was advised to
contact the ***He stated they told him they would release his refund on July
24th. July 24th is
not here yet therefore he should not be contacting anyone until that date. If the refund is not received on 24th
like he said, he needs to contact the *** for his refund again at ***
