I visited Dr*** *** on march 7thI had insurance coverage but after completed checkup she made my next appointment for contact lenses and then told me I am not covered and I have to pay out of my pocket and she also charged me for my next appointment too in advanceafter coming home I called my insurance company and they told me I am covered I called Drand asked for my refund but she refused and also send bill to my insurance company and they paid her tooso finally Dr*** *** got charges from both for the one service and one other she never served me that is for contact lensesI complain to my insurance company but they cant help me for refund only they can do is remove her from their networknow my major problem is she has started harassing meinstead of refund she sent me a new bill in which she doubled the charges and so many services which I am not even familiar with and I owe her money according to the bill I never visited her after one visit.I re
