What good is a fence if I have to take it down and have it redone? This is the situation I am faced with after Tim B*** of TBT Home Builders constructed a privacy fence at my home in Orland ParkMrB*** failed to register with the village, failed to follow village fence codes and now is completely uncooperative in correcting the code violationHis flat response to my request to make this situation right - "I am not moving the fence." Yes that is a quote from MrB*** himselfIt is reasonable to expect a professional contractor to make sure the work of his company meets Village CodesNow I am stuck with paying to have the fence moved by another contractorI will follow up in court and told this to MrB*** of TBT Home BuildersTim B*** response----Quote "Good Luck." Thanks for nothing TBT Home Builders
We have had really difficult correspondence - as Tim doesn't respond I first had that issue when I was told to call about a week prior to our arranged project beginning, and it took different days of calling to get a confirmation (I didn't want to lose the down payment of $- so I bared with it) Different family members tried contacting him, and get hung up on, or ignored We paid over $8.5K to get the fence installed, and have been waiting since mid July to have the gate fixed We had various hangups, no answering, and rudeness - we are currently left with a gate door that isn't hung evenly, and can't be opened without being lifted by hand (and for me it's entirely unusable as I can't lift it) I feel this has been one of the worst experiences of my life, and I feel entirely defrauded A very bad experience I just want my gate fixed - so it is operable and I would like to forget this really bad experience!! All I want is help getting the project finished - as paid for
