We will be more then happy to take a look at the bicycles and see what the issue is and work with the person who purchases them to resolve the issue. We have not been contacted by the buyer about a problem. Thanks,***

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I only reached the business owner after locating his mother's phone I only reached the business owner after locating his mother's phone number at which time she provided a different number to contact him. This was after repeated messages I left via both the email address and contact phone number on his website that went unanswered.When contact was finally made with the owner he never offered to assist me in filing a shipping damage claim. He offered to provide the missing parts and some decals to cover up the damaged paint. He also suggested that fingernail polish can be used to touch up the bike. I would agree, assuming you could find a similar color, which is inconvenient for me to do. He did send the parts and extra decals as agreed.After arrival of the parts, I assembled the bicycle at which time I found the rear tire inner tube had a hole in it. Again I tried to contact the owner with negative results. At this point I desire a new rear inner tube and 10.00 compensation which is the cost of having a local bike shop install the tube. Until such time I receive same, I consider this case unsatisfied.Regards,[redacted]
