DO NOT HIRE Bought my house in OctoberAfter receiving no Welcome Packet by April, it dawned on us that we hadn't received our pool keysI emailed [redacted] respectfullyHe responded immediately and said both would be sent right away - We immediately received our dues owed (bills), but recieved no welcome packe or keyshow telling that would become - In March I emailed again, frustrated that I received a bill with no welcome packet or keys, but privately addressed the matter to respect the mistake - [redacted] response, was sarcastic and dismissive, but he did promise to send it that afternoon - Come JUNE, I still do not have the key or welcome packet - Instead I've got a disgruntled business owner who is mad at me, because of his own defficiencies and lack of follow up

Re: Complaint# [redacted] To Whom It May Concern,"fWe are in receipt of the complaint from Scott Hudson regarding his HOA fees. Mr. [redacted] is mailing hispayments, along with the coupons provided to a secure lockbox directly at Mutual of Omaha Bank. Payments received are deposited daily into the... association bank account, and each evening a file is transmitted electronically to our office. We do not handle any of the checks that Mr. Hudson mails.Per Northpointe HOA, payments are due the first of each month, and considered late if received after the 15th of each month. The November payment was dated 11/27/16, and posted at the bank on 11/30/16. The January payment was dated 1/8/17, and deposited 1/19/17. The February payment was dated 2/11/17, and deposited 2/21/17. All of the payments were received after the 15th, we cannot control the timing of mail delivery . We suggest that he allow more time for mailing, or sign up for the surepay program which electronically deducts the assessment from his account monthly, therefore avoiding the mail time.Keep in mind, we are only the accounting firm for Northpointe HOA, and therefore have no authority to waive late fees per his request. We have requested a waiver on his behalf; however the Association has denied his request, due to the history of late payments, and the previous allowances they have made.We request you close this complaint, as again, we do not receive the payments at our office or have the authority to waive the late fees. I am including his payment ledger and copies of the checks/coupons. Please let me know if you need any additional information .
