Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I was told by owner originally they kept copies of every receipt and he didn't want to pull it out and that he remembered me and would have no issue fixing itWhen I came up the second time they said they had no knowledge of me told me he refused to look into his copies because I lost my receipt duri ng a move but I have proof of transaction in my bank statementsI also have tracking ofor the refrigera tor through trisupply and whirlpool stating he illegally bought and resold a condemned refrigerator he knew he was not allowed to resale it and whirlpool stated he should have never been allowed to buy it, and that especially resale was illegalHe has done this to a lot of peopleContact affordable appliance repair for an entire list of clients he refused to repairI can provide evidence through whirlpool, and will be doing so in claims Sincerely, [redacted]

I asked him to provide me with a copy of his receipt to show that he bought it from me then I would help him he never produced a receipt.If he bought it from me and it has a warranty we will honor the warrantyProvide the receipt to show the date of purchase

and the date of the purchase.If we are responsible to repair a machine we will be happy to do so in one day if the job is started by noon. I have no idea what you’re talking about until you show me your receiptShow me a copy of your receipt and if we are responsible to repair your machine we will be happy to do so. I don't understand how anyone can make a complaint with the B.B.Bwithout referring to a copy of the receiptWithout the receipt I cannot properly respond. I don't want a frivolous complaint to tarnish my record but, if we are responsible, we will make it right. I take issue with the facts alleged in the complaint. (1) I answer all my own calls as fast as possible and I have the recording to show itOn the date mentioned 9/11/my caller ID shows I answer calls and missed only calls. None of these calls were from the number mentioned in the complaint (***).(2) As a matter of company policy we do not do in home service. Sorry if there is any misunderstanding. It is stated on all of our receipts “In Shop Warranty". I am rejecting this response because:I fixed the product myself with the part an accrual appliance repair tech had me replace I found my receipt alsoThis guy has scammed hundreds of people and is always under fire from customers He sells broken equipment regularly I just want Revdex.com to reduce this man's rating he doesn't even put his business name anywhere on receipts or anything I had to dig to find itI would like him to be held responsible for illegally reselling a fridge that is condemned by manufacturer and was being sold for parts yet he resold it as he bought it never even tried to fix it All appliance repair companies in South East Texas have warned me of him since I've had to spend over 300$ to fix the fridge I don't want to see him again I just want him held responsible He is a complete worm in the system. comment about that.We did not have to give her a free cord and free labor of installing the cord. It was not my fault she bought a dryer with the wrong cord. By law a didn't have to replace it free! I could have made them get their own cord. I could have charged them for installing the cord. It cost me money to replace that cord.  But we went ahead and replaced the cord at no charge just as a courtesy.(2) The next thing she said was inaccurate.Here is what I know. We have a standard operating procedure. Everything we sell here at Cold Air AC and Appliancehas been tested and in good working condition before we put it on the floor for sell. Because everything we sell is electrical ormechanical it is possible for things to break down. If something we sell breaks down we will repair it, Usually the same day, if it is under warranty.In this instance the dryer was under warranty. The lady did bring the dryer back because it was not heating. We checked it out and found the temperature limit switch was open. We replaced the switch and called them to pick it up. When they got here we show them that the dryer is working now and explain to them that the most likely cause of the problem was improper ventilation or improperinstallation . The dryer vent could have been blocked or crimped. we advised them that when this happens it opens up the limit switch. We repaired the dryer at no charge. The lady told me she didn't want the dryer she wanted her money back. I told her we do not give refunds we follow what is written on her warranty as a legal document. Her warranty is "IN SHOP" 30 days parts and labor.  We repaired her dryer. Her machine is ready for pick up. We will not be responsible for her dryer after it was not picked up on time. We do not have a storage facility.Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: 11449950I am rejecting this response because: The dryer cord Mr. [redacted] is referencing was put on by my two sons at my home and not by his employees. The cord was simply exchanged for the right cord. Seeing that the cord was simply exchanged I am not sure how Mr. [redacted] could have lost money off of it. The reason the dryer was brought back was not because it was not heating. The dryer would not come on at all after I dried one load of clothes. Mr. [redacted]'s employees confirmed the dryer would not come on the day my son and I brought it back. I have attached pictures of the air vent that Mr. [redacted] implied that was pinched. It is brand new and as I have stated earlier in the email, only used once because the dryer only worked for me one time to dry one load of clothes. The attitude that Mr. [redacted] is displaying in his response email is the same attitude we were confronted with at the time we asked for a refund on his dryer. I am still asking for my full refund and will not have any dealings with Mr. [redacted] in the future. Sincerely,[redacted]

We have to treat everybody the same we can't do favors for one person and not everyone.There are reasons I have a firm 30-day deadline on warranties. First: I have subcontracted with technicians to do the work. They will honor the warranty for me If a customer makes a claim within the 30 days. We have to check to see if it is something we are responsible for.  I can't get them to work on something if it's out of warranty. Second: If I purchased any parts to get it ready for sale, If that part fails I could get a replacement part under warranty from my supplier.Third:  Is for my convenience.  I can remember just about anything I did to that machine for 30 days. I don't try to commit everything to memory for over 30 days. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... my receipts say 30 days in shop warranty.  Mr. [redacted] never brought the equipment in for inspection. He wanted me to make a house call. That was not in our agreement. Then he let the warranty expire.  Now he says he fixed it himself,  he found his receipt and he never wants to see me again.

I asked him to provide me with a copy of his receipt to show that he bought it from me then I would help him he never produced a receipt.If he bought it from me and it has a warranty we will honor the warranty. Provide the receipt to show the date of purchase.
